Contact Forms
If you contact us via the website contact form, we will collect the email address you nominate and any other identifying information you provide, i.e. name, solely for the purpose of being able to contact you back. We do not store this data on our website. Please do not share with us other personal or sensitive information via the contact form.
On our contact forms we use the reCaptcha service from Google in order to filter spam e-mails. A service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. By using the contact form provided in the website you agree also to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Newsletters
By signing up with your e-mail address you acknowledge that you wish to receive our newsletter to the e-mail you provided. We do not collect any other information. Your e-mail address is only used to send you our newsletter and information about the activities of VIGIMARE. E-mails collected are stored on our service provider’s database Brevo. By registering with your e-mail, you agree to their privacy and terms in relation to handling your data.
You can always use the unsubscribe link included in the newsletter to stop receiving e-mails and erase your e-mail from our database. Similarly you can click "Unsubscribe" link provided on the bottom-left of the subscription form on our website and follow next steps to unsubscribe.
The subscription form is also protected by Google's reCaptcha. By signing up for the newsletter you also agree to the Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage.
